THURSDAY AUGUST 11TH SPORTS NEWS UPDATES

Nigeria Men Football the dream team six lost their first  group game as the law OLYMPIC fall 0 – 2 to COLUMBIA as the Coach SAMSON SIASIA resting with some the key players. Nigeria stocked up in GROUP B and qualified alongside COLUMBIA despite JAPAN beaten SWEEDEN 1-0 draw in the other GROUB B game.

The group team will face DENMARK in the quarter finals after the European side lost 4-0 to host BRAZIL. SOUTH AFRICA and IRAN made a 1-1 draw in the Quarter final, after the European side lost 4 – 0 draw to host BRAZIL. SOUTH AFRICA and IRAQ made 1-1 draw in the second GROUP A game, the result which saw both through was knocked out in the rules for men’s OLYMPIC football game. In the other Matches concluded on the 10th of August, 2016 MEXICO tolled to reach quarter final after losing to  SOUTH KOREA, ARGENTINA  was also knocked out after 1-1 draw with HONDURAS but GERMANY progressed after beating PGM 0-0.

But unfortunately he does not think that the present board would be patient to wait for the exchange of the some of the radical changes that is about to roar which may likely to be reduced because Nigerian’s Government had begin to release their patient but He believes that if they can be patient enough towards these new development, it will take them an average of ten years to really re-invent Nigeria Football and begin to maintain our previously ways of adaptation to rules of the game.

NIGERIA DOMESTIC LEAGUE STARS had put up an impressive performance but lost 1-2 to SPNANISH LA LEGER TEAM on a friendly Match at the MASTAYA on Wednesday 10th August 2016 night. ALVAYER MEGUA scored the opponent in the third minutes before ENYIMBA of Aba JOSEPH OSABIAYE equalized for the NPFA all stars 32nd minutes and upon all Match  reactions SUPER EAGLE’S coach SALISU YUSUF put an open charge said his team played well but loss of concentration  cost them the Match. According to him he said that that most of them are coming to play for the first time in Namibia and they did well.

Captain of the Nigerian LEAGUE STARS, CHIMA AKA, remain positive describing the Match as a stepping stone for the players. According him he said this an opportunity for them to move higher and achieve the best. The NPF all stars will now move to KADIS for the TRUPLE KARANZA TOURNAMENT where they will face WEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE WENAZOP, ATTRIOTIC MADRID and MALAKA.

Back to the OLYMPICS only three African countries had made it on the podium so far with SOUTH AFRICA picking two Medals, EGYPT has two Bronze while TUNESIA  has one Bronze medals. USA leads the MEDALS to rule with the total of 31 MDEALS, CHINA  is second with a MEDALS of  23 MEDALS while JAPAN is with 18 MEDALS.
